Never tried reformer Pilates before? You’re in the right place. Our high-intensity, low-impact workouts are designed for all fitness levels—including complete beginners.
Each 50-minute class uses the reformer pilates machine to build strength, improve flexibility, and burn 300-700 calories without the joint stress of running or traditional HIIT training. Our instructors guide you through every movement and offer modifications to match your experience level.

During Class
Your instructor will demonstrate each exercise and offer modifications. Don’t worry about keeping up—work at your own pace. Most first-timers feel comfortable by the end of their first class.
After Class
You’ll feel muscles you didn’t know you had (in a good way). Some soreness the next day is normal, especially if you’re new to resistance training.

No. Our classes work for all fitness levels. You control the intensity by adjusting the machine's spring tension and how deep you go into each movement.
Comfortable athletic wear that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required - bring your own or purchase at the studio.
Most beginners start with 1-2 classes per week. As you build strength, you can increase to 2-3 times per week for best results.
